CCGRID 2024

Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit papers electronically. Submitted manuscripts should be structured as technical papers and may not exceed 10 letter size (8.5 x 11) pages including figures, tables and references using the IEEE format for conference proceedings. All manuscripts will be reviewed and will be judged on correctness, originality, technical strength, significance, quality of presentation, and relevance to the conference attendees.

Submitted papers must represent original unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. Papers determined to be under active review elsewhere will be rejected without review. Submissions received after the due date, exceeding the length limit, or not appropriately structured may also not be considered. Authors may contact the conference chairs for more information. The proceedings will be published through the IEEE Press, USA, and will be made available online through the IEEE and ACM Digital Libraries.

CCGRID 2024 will follow a double-blind review process for the main research paper submissions. Authors should not reveal their identities in their submissions.

CCGRID 2024 will also solicit code/data artifacts as optional supplemental material for accepted papers. These will be reviewed by an Artifact Evaluation Committee.

Having a paper on a preprint server (arXiv) does not prevent an author from submitting a paper to CCGrid 2024. Preprints are not peer-reviewed and not considered archival publications, hence do not count as prior work. Reviewers are expected to compare against arXiv papers that have not formally appeared in peer reviewed journals or conference proceedings. If a submitted paper has a publicly available pre-print version, authors are encouraged to use preventive measures to reduce the chances of accidental breach of anonymity (e.g., use a different title in the submission, not upload/revise the arXiv version during the review period after the submission deadline).

IEEE CCGrid 2024 is an in-person conference with the purpose of presenting and discussing accepted research papers. As such each paper will be presented by one of the registered authors at the conference in person. Exception may be granted due to visa issues subject to prior approval by the program committee.

For all papers, IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
